I’m really pleased with the customer support. Had a couple of issues, but they were addressed quickly by a lovely lady! The wax melts are simply fantastic. I’ve tried a few different brands, and these are among the strongest and longest-lasting I’ve found in a while. Plus, they look so pretty and sparkly! You’ve got to try the pink sands from this seller. Everyone who visits comments on how great the scent is, and that’s before they even step inside! I’ll definitely be placing another order soon.

The fragrance from the melts is just fantastic! However, my top pick has to be the car diffuser. I own a Zoflora one, and it’s super strong—like, you can catch a whiff as soon as you open the car door. Plus, it lasts for a really long time!

I’ve totally changed my mind! I used to be all about Yankee candles for their fantastic fragrances and durability. However, last week I grabbed some goodies from The Wax Melt Fairy and let me tell ya, we are over the moon! My daughter is obsessed with the snow fairy scent, so I got the snap bars in that fragrance, and it’s just gorgeous. I can catch a whiff of it all over the house, not just in her room. Super impressed and I’ll be buying more real soon. Xx

Let me just say, OH MY GOODNESS!! I’ve tried a ton of wax melts from various brands, but these are the ONLY ones that fill my entire 3-bedroom house with fragrance when I use a wax burner DOWNSTAIRS. And don’t even get me started on the price (which is also super awesome). The scents are simply out of this world. I accidentally ordered one less than I meant to, and when I messaged the company, they got back to me in just TEN minutes!!! That’s just WOW!! They fixed my order FOR FREE, which meant I got an extra ten since it was buy ten get ten free, and I mistakenly ordered 19. Plus, they threw in some free samples of wax burner crystals I’ve never seen before, and not only do they look cool, but they smell amazing too. I can’t recommend this company enough. I’ve ordered from so many places, and I’ve never been this blown away and impressed in my life. Seriously, get your order in now!! You won’t regret it.
